At Art Archive Gallery, we strive for complete customer satisfaction with their purchases. We understand the importance and value of artworks, which is why we ensure each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, in rare cases, issues may arise during transit. Please read our return policy to understand the steps you can take in such situations.

## Return Conditions

Artworks purchased through the Art Archive platform can be returned **only** if they exhibit signs of damage as a result of the shipping process. If you notice any defects or damages upon receiving the artwork, please follow the steps below:

1. **Reporting the Issue**: Contact us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the artwork to report the issue. You can do this via email or phone. Make sure to include clear details and photos of the damage.

2. **Return Confirmation**: Our team will review your request and contact you within 2 business days to confirm return eligibility. Upon approval, we will send you detailed return instructions.

3. **Packing and Shipping**: Before returning the artwork, ensure it is properly packaged to prevent further damage during return transit. We will provide you with the return address and any other necessary information.

4. **Return Processing**: Once the artwork is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm its condition. If damage is confirmed, you will have the option to receive a full refund or exchange the artwork for another available piece.

## Special Conditions and Exceptions

- **Artworks without physical damage** from shipping are not eligible for return.
- **Return shipping costs** will be covered by Art Archive Gallery only if the damage is confirmed to be caused by shipping.
- **Customized products** or specially ordered artworks are not eligible for return, unless damaged in transit.
